The manufacturer of the hub states to "make sure your device supports DP ALT Mode." I looked through the laptop manual and did not find anything. Acer Answers states you need to change the DP ALT Mode settings on your monitor. If you read the instructions on the monitor, it says you can download the driver at the ASUS website. Works for all
